Aluminum Heavy Duty Expansion Ring Couplings



Hard coat is a hard, dense coating formed by converting the surface of the aluminum alloy into a hard aluminum oxide. The coating resists abrasion and corrosion. Cast Brass Heavy Duty Couplings

Made from 85/15 cast red brass, one grade, conforming to Specification WWC-621-G, Type A, Styles 1 and 2; and WWC-624-E, Type III, Styles 7 and 8. Two rocker lugs on male and swivel. Pin lugs available on specific items. 

Field Repairable Aluminum Couplings

These couplings are used on our ¾” and 1” REELTEX® and 1” HOTSTOP®. These couplings are break apart and requires only an Allen wrench to assemble or disassemble. 

Instantaneous ¼ Turn Quick Connect

Coupling for 1” and 1 1/2" (25 and 38 mm) single jacket fire hoses. Supplied with gasket, hose bowl gasket and expansion ring. Light corrosion resistant anodized aluminum alloy. 

Self LOCKING Storz Couplings

Storz re-attachable couplings for 4” and 5” (102 and 127 mm) SUPPLYLINE™ and 6” (152 mm) TIDALWAVE 600™ double jacketed hose. Made of lightweight aluminum alloy, then hardcoated to prevent corrosion and abrasion, complete with stainless steel locks. Tapered design reduces hang-up when dragging. Re-attachable in the field, requires only an Allen wrench to assemble or disassemble.

Cam & Groove E/R Couplings

Made of extruded aluminum alloy with hardcoat anodized finish. These fittings are attached directly to the hose, eliminating the old two-piece configuration. Handles and pins are stainless steel.
